Highway 89 reconstruction project

Bob Hammond, Wyoming Department of Transportation resident engineer for Jackson District 3, and Peter Stinchcomb, WYDOT District 3 construction engineer, walk down a slope affected by a landslide along Highway 28 near the Snake River Bridge north of Hoback. the small landslide, about 1,000 feet across, started moving in late June and is an unexpected expense for WYDOT to mitigate as part of the South Highway 89 massive reconstruction project.
