Steve Kallin retiring

National Elk Refuge Manager Steve Kallin recently announced his retirement from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Kallin, who has spent 39 years in federal wildlife management and has overseen the refuge since 2007, will leave the post January 3.
