Refuge Bison Hunt

Ben Holloway and his uncle, Lewis Holloway, scan the northern end of the National Elk Refuge from a high point Saturday morning, the opening day of the 2015-16 bison hunting season. Though bison were reported to have been in the area a few days before, not an animal was seen, nor a shot heard on opening day.
