Traffic begins to trickle in to Victor from the north as commuters make the turn onto Highway 31 to Pine Creek Pass. With Highway 22 over Teton Pass closed due to a landslide, communities in Teton Valley are beginning to grapple with the reprecussions to local businesses due to the potential dip in summer tourism.
