Grand Teton National Park vegetation scientist Erik Kramer stands in what is known as the Riniker plot on the east side of Mormon Row last week. The parcel is part of a former hay field that is undergoing restoration to reestablish forage and habitat for elk, bison, birds and other native animal and plant species.
