Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper Rich Scovel chats with the driver of a dump truck Thursday at the Highway 22 weigh station on the west side of Teton Pass during routine equipment inspections of eastbound commercial trucks. The WYHP had to bring in temporary scales to weigh the trucks since the permanent scale is still out of commission after the scalehouse was heavily damaged from being hit by a van last fall.
