Moose in Grand Teton National Park

A pair of moose saunters across a field while grazing near the Jackson Hole Airport in Grand Teton National Park. The ungulatess long legs allow them move through deep snow as they tug at plants for food. Moose spend most of their waking hours in the winter eating in order to maintain their body mass, consuming more than 30 pounds of plants every day.
