Rescue of climbers struck by lightning on the Grand Teton

Steve Tyler, 67, is directed to a waiting ambulance after being brought to the valley floor from the Lower Saddle of the Grand Teton on July 21. Tyler was one of 17 climbers in three separate groups who were struck by lightning while climbing the Grand that day, prompting the largest and most complex rescue effort in park history.
