Big Fill slide bypass

Wyoming Department of Transportation engineer Bob Hammond waves at motorists as they pass through the new bypsss of the Big Fill landslide Friday on Teton Pass, three weeks to the day after the "catastrophic" collapse of Highway 22 at mile marker 12.8 severed the communities of Jackson Hole and Teton Valley, Idaho. "So far everyone who has given us one digit has put up the thumb," Hammond said. "That's a good thing."
