Demolition crews tear into a house at 1080 South Park Loop Road on Wednesday morning. The demolition is the early stages of clearing three lots along the road to make way for construction of a 195-unit apartment complex by Utah-based Mogul Capital. Of those units, about 45% or 89 units are proposed to be deed-restricted, 88 of those would be “workforce,” and one would be income-capped “affordable.”
