Bar J Chuckwagon sold

The 21.2 acres of the Bar J Chuckwagon, long been seen as a likely redevelopment parcel along Highway 390 just south of the Teton Pines golf course, has sold. Teton County records show the buyer is Running Deer LLC, a group that lists as its manager Jeff Neishabouri, a Jackson businessman best known as owner of Kismet Rug Gallery on East Broadway. No sale price was disclosed. A previous prospective buyer had a deal five years ago it acknowledged was for $13.5 million.
