U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Tori Kemper, Casualty Officer with the Salt Lake City Inspector-Instructor Staff & Rifle Company F (-) 2d Battalion, 23rd Marines, escorts Jim McCollum to memorial services for his son, Lance Cpl. Rylee McCollum, on Saturday at the Gill Ranch in Jackson, Wyo. McCollum was killed August 26 with 12 other U.S. service members in a suicide bombing while evacuating civilians and U.S. allies from Kabul, Afghanistan.
