Flat Creek enclosures

Anna Senecal, an aquatic biologist with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, stands by an enclosure erected with the help of volunteers last week around a section of Flat Creek on the National Elk Refuge. Senecal hopes the enclosures will help protect willows planted on the bank of the creek from foraging elk.
