Shacks on Racks carries the first of two sections of the historic “red house” from its original location in downtown Jackson down Willow Street on Tuesday morning. Bound for a property in Etna, the house will be the organization's first "turn-key" project, in that it will be reassembled and prepared for habitation by a new owner or renter.
