Wyoming Department of Transportation workers install several barrels of sand in the runaway truck arrastor last month on Teton Pass. The barrel array is a temporary replacement for the series of cable catch-nets, which is still under investigation after it failed last fall when a pickup hauling a load of logs blew through the entire system.
