A.J. Wheeler, an ER doctor at St. John’s Health, reacts with excitement upon receiving the first vaccine for COVID-19 in Teton County on Wednesday morning from St. John’s Health R.N. Dawn Lundquist. “My vaccine protects me, my family and my community,” Wheeler later wrote in a post on Facebook. Teton County received about 900 doses of the vaccine in the first round of distribution, which are being administered to medical personnel throughout the community this week.
