This view of the Coal Creek drainage, looking south, shows the bottom end of an avalanche that killed backcountry skier Laural Dana of Victor, Idaho. Dana, who was about midway down the east face of Taylor when the avalanche overtook her, was found about 50 yards from the end of the slide's path.
