Milken Education Award

Chris Bessonette, a second grade teacher at Munger Mountain Elementary School, is mobbed by his students after receiving the Milken Education Award on Friday morning during an all-school assembly. Bessonette was the only educator in the state to receive the surprise award, which included a prize of $25,000.
