Semi truck in runaway truck ramp

A semi truck sits in the runaway truck ramp Tuesday morning on Highway 22 after losing its brakes while descending Teton Pass. The ramp is one of two mechanisms to halt runaway trucks on the east side of the pass, the second being the catchnet system — currently a temporary array of sand barrels — about a mile downhill from the ramp.
