Grand Teton National Park opened a service road through the Lawrence S. Rockefeller Preserve to bicycle traffic earlier this month. Allowing bikes was not part of the 2015 planning effort for the Moose-Wilson corridor, but was apprved without public umput three weeks ago after lobbying by local pathways advocacy groups directly to upper-level officials in the Department of the Interior, which oversees the National Park Service.
