Highway 22 construction staging area

The Wyoming Department of Transportation is leasing 14 acres of private land just west of the Stilson parking lot to use as a staging area for the construction project of the nearby Snake River Bridge and revamp of the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 390. The contractor began the work late last winter without a required stormwater permit, but quickly came into compliance at the request of WYDOT officials.
