Austin Lobner, a roofer who lives in Teton Valley, stopped at the Basecamp gas station Monday morning in Wilson after driving over Teton Pass. Lobner had been the long way around, over Pine Creek Pass and through Swan Valley and Snake River Canyon, since the pass closed in early June.
