String Lake is a relatively shallow waterway connecting Jenny and Leigh lakes in Grand Teton National Park. It's reputation for calm waters makes it a great place for families to have an outing in kayaks, canoes or even stand-up paddle boards. String and Leigh lakes are the only boat-accessible bodies of water in the park that are restricted to hand-propelled watercraft.
